The whole process is made very easy! The book in process was well rehearsed and effective. I had to buy more storage at very short notice. It was very well handled and again simple. I was lucky to see Emma whose help and quick response to change was outstanding. Thank you for all the support in what is traditionally a difficult day with any house move. Highly recommend the Milton Keynes branch. The facility is clean, organised and highly professional.

The units of storage are very neat and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. From reservations to booking in and storing. Everything was went seamless without any hassle. Emma, Jason and their colleagues were very helpful with their impressive customer services skills . I totally would recommend yellow self storage a 100%

I have just started using the Facilities,at Winterhill!And from the word go,my Experience,has been absolutely first class! Everything was explained to me,on Reception,by Damian,who is a massive Credit,to big yellow self storage!the whole Structure!safety,facilities,security etc,was Put over,and fully understood!the storage Facilities are easy to use!I would fully Recommend using this company for your Storage needs!and once again,a massive Thanks to Damian!10/10!

The storage is really secure, and their forklift service made moving my stuff so much easier. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
